Firebase

Firebase is used for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, and crash reporting.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat manages subscription status and communicates with Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment information is processed exclusively by Apple and is never stored by WatchMark.

TMDb

WatchMark uses The Movie Database (TMDb) API to provide movie and television information.

This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. Billing, payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time using the Account Deletion feature available within the application. After deletion, your personal information and associated data will be permanently removed unless retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect your information. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

WatchMark is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If personal information from a child is discovered, it will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible.
